Since 2017 the Rose Cottage Acadia Suite has seen a few changes & improvements. Piece by piece I’ve learned a few things about why people like to stay with us and what can make their stay more enjoyable! One thing is clear this lil’ suite is a popular destination for both new and returning guests. Frequently used as a destination for a special occasion, anniversary or a romantic getaway.

Well it’s about time for a few changes! The inspiration for Acadia has moved on. So what better time for Acadia to retire and make way for something more luxurious, relaxing and inviting.

Follow me for the next few days as I embark on giving a new life to this lovely space complete with a name change!

I can’t wait for you to see her final reveal, but for now some photos of where I started and how far I’ve come for you to reminisce on 🌹

Another project that’s been on the todo list far too long:
Replace 2nd story deck & porch roof ✔️

It only took 8️⃣ years but I can finally sit on the second story outside!!

Summer can’t get here soon enough sunrises & star gazing will be amazing up there 🌅 ✨
