We knew the food would be good. We didn’t expect the room to feel like this.

Last night was the first evening of our Omakase Experience at Coast Restaurant, and what stayed with us wasn’t just the menu.

It was the conversations between courses.
The laughter.
The quiet moments at the counter.
People arriving as strangers and leaving after sharing stories, dinner, and a table together.

Thank you to everyone who joined Chef Henry Kim and our team for trusting us with your evening. We had an incredible turnout and loved seeing this experience come to life in ways we didn’t expect.
