Spring brings the return of the lake.
Summer fills the decks and trails.
Fall turns the hills into fire.
Winter slows everything down in the best possible way.

No matter the season, Keltic Quay lets you take it all in.

Sunrise over the still lake.
Quiet evenings after a day exploring the island.
A place that feels different every time you visit.

Four seasons.
One shoreline worth coming back to.

A Room With A View

While we cannot promise a jaw dropping sunrise, when they do happen it's pretty darn special. Both of these illustrations were inspired by photos taken by Chris Stapleford from our one bedroom suite deck.

One of the advantages of staying in the heart of Cape Breton is that almost everything feels within reach.

Feel like driving the Cabot Trail?
Heading to Inverness Beach?
Golf at Cabot Links?
A day in Baddeck?
Whale watching?
Hiking in the Highlands?
Live music after supper?

Spend the day exploring Cape Breton, then come back to the lake and settle in for the evening.

One of the nicest parts of staying at Keltic Quay is that supper doesn’t have to involve loading everyone back into the car.

The suites have full kitchens with a stove, fridge, BBQ, cookware, utensils and the things you need to actually settle in for a few days.

Pick up groceries in town. Bring fresh fish back from a day out. Open the windows. Put something on the BBQ. Let the kids wander down toward the lake while dinner comes together.

Sometimes the best part of vacation is simply staying put for the evening.

Every deck at Keltic Quay comes with Adirondack chairs, a BBQ, and a suite with a view. Summer and fall dates are starting to fill, and today feels like a pretty good day to claim one of those timeless Cape Breton weekends.

From full kitchens to kayaks, quiet mornings on the deck to evenings by the lodge, everything’s here for slow days, good conversations, and the kind of memories your friends and family will still talk about years from now.

Did I mention we are pet friendly?
