48-Hour Grace Period (Full Refund)
Guests may cancel within 48 hours of making the booking and receive a full refund of the amount paid, minus the administrative fee
50% Refund
If a cancellation is made more than 28 days before the scheduled check-in date, but after the 48-hour grace period, guests will receive 50% of the total booking amount for all nights, minus the administrative fee. No Refund
If a cancellation is made 28 days or less before the scheduled check-in date. If the booking is made within 48 hours of the check-in date.
