Stage 9 from Tarbena. La Vuelta 2026

🇪🇸🔥 ONE OF THOSE DAYS WE’LL NEVER FORGET… LA VUELTA IN TÀRBENA! 🚴‍♂️⛰️

Nearly 40°C. The mountains shimmering in the heat. The roads packed with cycling fans. Helicopters overhead. And somewhere down the mountain… the peloton was coming. 🔥

Today we took our Casa Guadalest guests up to Tàrbena to watch Stage 9 of La Vuelta race through the very mountains we call home.

Then suddenly… there they were. 🚴‍♂️💨

The world’s best riders absolutely FLYING through Tàrbena, metres away from us, in absolutely brutal heat.

The noise. The speed. The atmosphere. Incredible. 🇪🇸❤️💛

There’s something very special about watching La Vuelta on roads you’ve ridden yourself — knowing every climb, every corner and just how tough this terrain can be.

And that’s what we want Casa Guadalest to be about.

Not simply coming to Spain to ride your bike.

It’s about living cycling.

The mountains.
The food.
The Spanish culture.
The laughs.
The suffering. 😂
The recovery.
And days like today that you remember long after you’ve gone home.

This wasn’t just watching La Vuelta.
This was experiencing it. ❤️🚴‍♂️🇪🇸

And tomorrow?
