🌊💛 4 wonderful days at Hotel Nakuk in Wangerland!

After meeting Christian Fuchs during a Basenfasten training by Sabine Wacker, I had the opportunity to spend four inspiring days with him and his team.

Nachdem ich Christian Fuchs bei einer Basenfasten-Schulung nach Sabine Wacker kennengelernt hatte, durfte ich vier inspirierende Tage bei ihm und seinem Team verbringen.

The first little frost at Jokimaja❄️

The temperature dropped to around 0°C overnight, and in the morning there was a thin layer of frost on the grass.

Nothing dramatic yet, but definitely one of the first signs that the season is changing. By the time the sun came up, most of it had already disappeared.

And now we are getting closer to one of the most exciting times of the year in Lapland - autumn in full colour🍁🍂💛

🇩🇪Erster Frost beim Jokimaja❄️

In der Nacht sind die Temperaturen auf etwa 0°C gefallen und am Morgen lag eine dünne Frostschicht auf den Wiesen.

Noch nichts Dramatisches, aber definitiv eines der ersten Zeichen dafür, dass sich die Jahreszeit verändert. Als die Sonne herauskam, war das meiste schon wieder verschwunden.

Langsam kommen wir einer der spannendsten Zeiten des Jahres in Lappland näher - dem Herbst in seinen schönsten Farben🍁🍂💛

Back in Lapland🤍

There is still a little time before winter really begins, but at Jokimaja the preparations for the new season are already underway💪

Getting the house ready, checking all the little details, making plans for the months ahead - and slowly bringing everything back into its winter rhythm.

And then, on the very first night back, Lapland gave us this welcome🌌

Noch ist ein bisschen Zeit, bis der Winter wirklich beginnt, aber im Jokimaja laufen die Vorbereitungen für die neue Saison bereits💪

Das Haus vorbereiten, sich um die vielen kleinen Details kümmern, die kommenden Monate planen - und langsam wieder in den Winterrhythmus finden.

Und dann hat uns Lappland gleich in der ersten Nacht so willkommen geheißen🌌
