Fabrice Moizan arrives with a simple conviction: hospitality should be natural, spontaneous, unpretentious, already at work alongside Aurélie Martin, Hotel Manager, and the teams she leads.

From Epicure to the Bar, Fabrice Moizan’s perfect day at Le Bristol Paris runs through the tables led by Frédéric Kaiser, Director of Food & Beverage.

Between those who have always been here and those who are just arriving, transmission is the guiding principle of the House, and Chef Arnaud Faye is its finest embodiment, training and nurturing Le Bristol’s kitchen brigades with the same passion he brings to his cooking.
