• 25ml Rhubarb & Quince Gin
• 25ml Extra Dry Vermouth
• 15ml Rhubarb Syrup
• 50ml Apple Juice
• Garnished with a rhubarb stick and a slice of apple

Made using the wonderful Fairfax Gin, it’s a refreshing taste of Yorkshire in a glass.
