😃Superb day at the brewery today, big thanks to Head Brewer James for a fascinating and comprehensive tour, and to Lead Brewer Steve AKA Woody for letting us shadow him throughout the brew day 👏

We’ve all done brewery tours before, but nothing quite compares to seeing the whole process unfold in real time. It’s a real science — and it definitely gives you a newfound appreciation for the skill, precision and effort that goes into one of life’s simplest pleasures… enjoying a quiet pint 🍺

All that brewing was thirsty work of course, so we refuelled (and hydrated… naturally 😏) at The Lion afterwards, which was spot on 🍻

All in all, not a bad day at the office 😉
