CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE!

And just like that, the curtain falls on our time at the Kirkstone Pass Inn! 🏔️✨
To everyone who made the trek up the pass, stopped by for a pint, shared a meal, or simply popped in to say hello over the last few months: a massive, heartfelt thank you. You brought the warmth, the laughter, and the incredible energy that made this place buzz every single day.
It’s been a fantastic run, and while this memorable short chapter has now come to an end, we’re walking away incredibly proud of everything we’ve achieved together.

The story doesn’t stop here, though—come and see us at The Royal Barn in Kirkby Lonsdale! We’d love to pour you a fresh pint and catch up properly.

“Back in the day” ⛰️🍺🌅😍
Pulling up to the local pub after a long journey through the hills—the steady rhythm of hooves on the stone road, the smell of woodsmoke drifting from the chimney, and a warm glow beckoning through the leaded windows.
Back in the day, arriving at the inn wasn’t just about getting a drink; it was a welcome refuge. You’d hitch the horse, step inside, and instantly be greeted by the roar of a open hearth and a room full of familiar faces. No rushing, no traffic noise, and no distractions—just the simple luxury of a well-earned pint, a hot meal, and good company after a day on the road.

You might have noticed the pub car park now has parking tariffs in place. While this decision was completely OUT OF OUR HANDS, we’ve got your back!

If you’re coming in to support us, grab a drink, or enjoying a snack at the Inn, we can offer you free or discounted parking.

Simply pop inside and speak to a team member when you arrive! Thanks as always for your support, and we can’t wait to welcome you up here. 🍺⛰️
