Every Curated Spaces story begins long before a guest arrives.

It begins with a shared belief that remarkable homes deserve to be represented with care, thought and integrity.

What started with Emily and I has grown into something far bigger than the two of us. Today it’s brought to life by a brilliant team who look after our homes, support our owners and help create memorable stays for our guests.

An Edwardian home of rare scale and quiet permanence, set within one of the Island’s most sought-after coastal enclaves. Six generous bedrooms unfold across expansive proportions, many with balconies and wide sea views across the bay.

Under its current ownership, The White House has been thoughtfully reimagined with a quieter, more considered approach.

The emphasis is now on proportion, materiality and natural light — a sympathetic coastal luxury that respects the house’s Edwardian heritage while creating spaces that feel warm, comfortable and genuinely liveable. Bold expression has given way to softer layers, calmer tones and interiors designed to support both entertaining and everyday family life.

Gardens and loggias draw life outdoors, encouraging long lunches, evening light and an easy connection between inside and out. Throughout the house, the original architectural character remains firmly intact, allowing the building’s history to sit naturally alongside contemporary comfort.

A house that has lived more than one life, now settled into a calm and enduring rhythm.
