It may not be the best weather this bank holiday but we are practically full minus one hardstanding pitch vacancy due to late cancellation. Camping in a rain can also be fun you know 😀💧☔️

Dear Guests,

Please see below answers to frequently asked questions.

Hope this helps!

Arrival
Our arrival time for camping pitches is 1 pm and 2 pm for lodges. Latest arrival is 8 pm.
We are unable to do early checks ins as we are only small family run team, please don’t arrive early as won’t be able to get access to the site before your check in time.

Getting to your pitch
When you get to the barrier please ring the number on the gate and we will come to assist you and take you to your pitch. We will then take the payment if there is a remaining balance to be paid.

Payments
We accept card payments or cash but if you can pay cash and have exact amount we would greatly appreciate that.

Water

Water points are dotted around the site and are public share. Please fill up your water tanks using water points.
No hose pipes or water hook ups please.

Elsan points

There are two Elsan points on the site for your black and grey water. One Elsan point is located between Daisy 2-3. Second Elsan point is next to Walnut 4 behind the fence.

Travelling around Europe and in rural England we noticed there’s a trend for having “take it and put the money in the box self service shops” and we wanted to have it here because we love the idea and we think it’s convenient 🙂

We are awaiting for fridges so you will soon be able to buy cold drinks and milk and if there’s demand we may introduce some items from local farm shop.

* we do still believe in humanity and honesty but if we do notice items not being paid for we will have to stop the shop.
