Roast lamb loin, confit belly, whey glazed Jerusalem artichokes, tenderstem, fresh curds & a rich, sticky lamb sauce 😋

Beautifully cooked & plated by Mr .weeks2 👌🏼

We only use the best produce here. Our lamb is brought in whole each week by Ryan & Lisa Holmes from Johnscales farm in the lyth valley. It never fails to amaze us how good the lamb is, every single week! Working with fantastic produce like this just makes our job so much easier 😊
