Often photographed from the other side, The Kirkstile Inn at Loweswater has been looking after travellers since the 16th century. While the classic shot of this iconic building with Melbreak in the background is a striking image, I really like this angle with the pub nestling between the trees and the humpback bridge leading you towards it. It was a great opportunity to call in for a delicious pint of Loweswater Gold as well 🍺

We’re hiring!

We’re looking for a Receptionist to join our team! You’ll be working with a fantastic team in our busy, award-winning inn. Typical duties will include dealing with phone and email enquiries, checking-in or out guests, operating our room and table reservation systems, preparing gift vouchers and much more.

This is a part-time permanent position working approx. 18 hours per week over 3 days (9am-3pm). Days will vary and may include weekends.

Rate of pay dependent on experience.

Previous experience preferred but absolutely not required as all training will be provided!
