One old bus and hundreds of stories to tell ❤️
When taking on an old bus with decades of stories behind it, we had to add to that story with as much character and history as possible.
It was hard to plan exactly what the bus would look like, as everything had to be sourced as and when it appeared on Marketplace or in salvage yards. Each part has its own story to tell; from vases made in 2014, to plants that have been grown for the last six years, to the little whittled touches added along the way.
When we say this really did take a lot of time and love, we mean it. It’s years in the making, years of planning, and countless evenings spent just talking about the bus and imagining what it could become.
Now it’s finished, it almost feels strange not constantly thinking about the next thing to create for it but it’s so magical that people can come and enjoy the space.
