We’re looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and responsible **Shift Supervisor (18+)** to join our friendly team at The Bush Inn! 🏡

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hospitality, has a positive attitude and is confident taking responsibility for running a shift.

**🍺 The role will include:**
✅ Supervising front-of-house operations and delivering excellent customer service
✅ Closing up the pub and completing the cashing up
✅ Working closely with our kitchen team to ensure smooth service
✅ Helping lead the team during busy evening shifts
✅ Ensuring the pub is run efficiently and our customers have a great experience

**👀 What we’re looking for:**

* Must be aged **18 or over**
* Must be available to work **evenings and weekends**
* Reliable, trustworthy and well organised
* Confident taking responsibility and working independently
* Previous hospitality or supervisory experience would be an advantage

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team and understands what makes a great local pub!
