Our newly renovated detached property is now available to rent. It is located within walking distance of Dartmouth harbour and has private parking for multiple cars. The property has 4 bedrooms (one with ensuite) and sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen/dining room (with a table to seat 10) and lounge area. There is also a second sitting room with a large flat-screen TV and Xbox. Outside there is a large south-facing patio area with a dining table, Webber BBQ, and sofas. We are dog and child-friendly!
