Designed for comfort and convenience , it’s the ideal base for families, couples and guests bringing their four-legged friends along. This 2019 12ft by 36ft Willerby Seasons mk2 caravan with full central heating and double glazed windows, consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 double with wardrobe and 2 twin bedrooms with single beds and wardrobes. All bedrooms have tv with DVD players built in (a selection of
children’s DVD’s are available to use.) The living area is open plan with an L shaped sofa and a dining area with L shaped seating and 2 stools with dining table. There is a 32inch freeview tv and also a Wii and Wii Fit with various games for all ages we also have board games and cards. We also provide extras for your little ones such as a travel cot, bed guard, high chair and baby video monitors. In the kitchen you will find all you need including Tea,coffee and sugar. There are 2 bathrooms (1 main with toilet, hand basin and shower) and a separate toilet with hand basin. The private decking area on the side gives that extra room during those beautiful summer months to enjoy a glass of wine or two with rattan furniture. Private car parking to the side of the caravan for 2 cars. A patio area with BBQ. Sorry No Pets or Smoking. The caravan is situated in a perfect location with a green area in front and a 2 minute walk to Sandy Bay Beach which is managed by lifeguards. The South Beach Cafe and shop selling a few essential bits is on the way to the beach. In the main complex which is a 5 minute walk has a very well stocked shop all with reasonable prices, the main building has amusement arcades, 2 entertainment venues and several eateries including The Mash and Barrel, Papa Johns pizza, Cooks fish and chips, Burger King and The Sports Bar. Located close by is The Swimming Pool with indoor and outdoor pools with bookable activities such as Aqua Gliders, Pool Kayaking, junior Segway’s, Adventure Golf, Indoor soft play area, Aerial Adventure and much more. (Please note we DO NOT provide entertainment passes they can be purchased either before arrival on-line at Haven or on arrival at Reception). You can walk along The beach into Exmouth or take the scenic route over the cliff tops with breath taking views. There is also an hourly bus service to and from Exmouth (open top bus) which picks up in several places on the park. Located off park are various well known stores such as Tesco, Lidl, Home Bargains and The Range.
***Electric cars are NOT to be charged using the caravan electric supply at anytime or in any circumstances. The electric supply is NOT sufficient for this and is a fire hazard. This is also in Havens terms and conditions. Haven have electric points in the main carpark by the laundrette***
