What a week! I finally opened the door to my new apartment on the Crescent and I can honestly say I LOVE it 🥰
I stayed there myself this week in amongst the chaos and despite it being hectic I truly felt at home ❤️ The main living area is so bright with 3 large windows that are south facing so they get the sun.
I love the building and the character, the front door with pillars, the entrance Hall, winding staircase and the outlook from the kitchen across Crescent Gardens and towards the sea. The location is A1, it’s 200 yards away from Belle Vue Street so it’s lovely and quiet but only a matter of a minute to reach all the shops and cafes Filey has to offer.

Not everyone has the vision that I do so bear with me, I’ve been developing property for 25 years and it’s my passion. Even though this property won’t be having a thorough refurbishment until later in the year it’s still going to be a great base for a small family or a couple to stay this summer.
I’ve been organising things for this place non stop over the last few months, it’s intense and my whole body aches from all the lugging around and hard graft this last week but I’m in my element!
