Falls are not an inevitable part of ageing. They are often predictable, multifactorial and, importantly, preventable.

In an article for National Back Exchange: The Column, titled Falls Prevention and Management in Older Adults: A Multifactorial and Systems-Based Approach, Mary Muir, National Clinical Consulting Manager at Arjo, explores the complex factors contributing to falls in older adults and highlights the importance of a proactive, person-centred, systems-based approach to prevention and management.
