Broken down, our annual pitch fee works out at roughly:
£312.50 a month
£72 a week
Just over £10 a day
And we’re proud to have some of the lowest pitch fees in the area.
That’s deliberate.
We want our bases full. We want our owners comfortable. And most importantly, we want people to come to Maples, love owning here and stay with us for a long time.
Our attitude towards pitch fees has never been “can you afford it?”
It’s “are we doing enough for you to justify it?”
That means maintaining standards, continually investing in the park, getting things done and remaining small enough that we know our owners by name, not by pitch number.
£3,750 is still a significant amount of money. We don’t lose sight of that just because it’s paid once a year.
Keeping fees sensible and looking after the people already here makes far more sense to us than constantly chasing bigger numbers.
