We are perfectly positioned to explore the attractions within Lancashire, The Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, The Forest of Bowland, Fylde Coast and Morecambe Bay.

Lakewood Cottages are four self-catering holiday cottages nestled by our own private lake and woodland. We can be found between the historic city of Lancaster and market town of Garstang which makes it easy to explore the attractions within Lancashire, The Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, The Forest of Bowland, Fylde Coast and Morecambe Bay.

Lakewood Cottages is the perfect place to relax and explore with access to our summer house, fire pit area and walks and cycle routes from the door, including the Lancaster canal. If you come and stay at our Stable Cottage you will also have exclusive access to the hot tub and a private patio.

An EV charger is also available at a small charge per vehicle.

The lake is coming back to life again after the winter months with the daffodils popping up everywhere. The frogs have been busy 😉 and there will be plenty of firewood after one of the trees came down earlier this year in the high winds.

We have short breaks (minimum 3 nights) with flexible check in dates throughout March and the Easter holidays. See our website for availability and prices.
