A milestone we are incredibly proud to share.

AG Hotels Group has signed a landmark agreement with Hilton to bring 10 Spark By Hilton and one DoubleTree by Hilton across England and Wales, adding 824 rooms across 11 hotels to Hilton’s UK portfolio.

This is one of the most significant moments in our journey so far. It reflects how far we have come as a group, the strength of our growing portfolio and the dedication of the people who have helped us reach this point.

The agreement will also bring the first Spark by Hilton hotel to Wales and introduce the brand to several new UK markets.

We were proud to see our Founder and CEO, Girish Grover, mark this important occasion alongside Simon Vincent, President, Europe, Middle East & Africa at Hilton.
Our sincere thanks go to Nick Smart and Paul Blackmore, the wider Hilton team, and everyone across AG Hotels Group whose hard work and commitment have made this achievement possible.
We are excited about the journey ahead and look forward to sharing each milestone as the hotels move towards opening between late 2026 and 2028.
