Millie’s Lounge’s new Afternoon Tea weaves tea into the pastries as much as the teapots. A matcha religieuse with strawberries, an oolong cream bar with apple and caramel, an Assam roulade with orange, and a sobacha mousse dome with popcorn caramel. Light, fragrant and made to pair.
