A proud and memorable occasion for Everest Inn at one of London’s most iconic and prestigious venues — St Paul’s Cathedral.

We were deeply honoured to provide catering for the Own Gurkha Ri**es Dedication Service for the Regimental Memorial, a significant occasion marking the proud history, service and enduring legacy of the Gurkhas.

Our team had the privilege of serving over 400 distinguished guests, presenting our award-winning Nepali cuisine with the care, attention to detail and warm hospitality that define the Everest Inn experience.

To cater within such a historic setting was a tremendous honour, and we were delighted to receive so many wonderful compliments, messages of appreciation and positive feedback from guests and organisers.

Every element, from preparation and presentation to service and hospitality, was delivered with pride and dedication by our team.

🇳🇵❤️ Standing Together for Nepal — From London and Kent, With Love for Nepal ❤️🇳🇵

In times of tragedy, distance means very little when hearts come together.

The entire Everest Inn family, together with our wonderful customers, friends, communities and supporters, has stood united with Nepal during this deeply difficult time.

Today, Mr. Pashupati Bhandari, Founder and Chairman of Everest Inn Group, personally presented our contribution of £20,455.08 to Dr. Ghanshyam Upadhyaya, Finance Secretary of Nepal, on behalf of the Ministry of Finance.

We are honoured to confirm that the full amount raised has now been transferred to the Prime Minister Disaster Relief Fund.

This contribution is more than a number. Behind every donation, shared post and kind message was an act of compassion and a heart standing with Nepal. ❤️

We are incredibly grateful to everyone across Blackheath, London; Hythe, Kent; and Ashford, Kent who supported this appeal. Your generosity and kindness made this possible.

We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to the Government of Nepal, emergency workers, volunteers and everyone working tirelessly to support those affected.

A Heartfelt Thank You from Everest Inn & Everest Inn Helping Hands 🇳🇵

We are deeply grateful to everyone who stood with us and supported our Everest Inn fundraising effort for Nepal.

Thanks to the incredible kindness and generosity of our communities, customers, friends and families across our three locations — Blackheath, London; Hythe, Kent; and Ashford, Kent together, we were able to raise an amazing £20,455.08 ($26,250.00).

We are pleased to share that the full amount has now been transferred to the Government of Nepal’s Prime Minister Disaster Relief Fund.

Our sincere thanks go to every individual, family, friend and well-wisher who donated, shared our appeal, offered encouragement and supported this effort in any way. Every contribution, large or small, became part of something truly meaningful.

We would also like to respectfully thank the Government of Nepal and the concerned authorities for receiving the contribution and helping ensure that this support reaches those who need it most.

A Heartfelt Thank You from Everest Inn Blackheath 🇳🇵

A huge and heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for our Charity Fundraiser Evenings at Everest Inn Blackheath and Hythe, and to everyone who couldn’t be there in person but still showed their support through generous donations.

It was truly moving to see our communities come together with one shared purpose: to stand with Nepal and support those facing unimaginable hardship following the recent disasters.

Throughout the evening, we shared wonderful food, heartfelt conversations and many beautiful moments together. But above all, our hearts remained with the families and communities in Nepal whose lives have been so deeply affected.

We are incredibly grateful to every guest, supporter, friend, family member and every member of the Everest Inn team who gave their time, kindness and generosity to make these events so meaningful.

🇳🇵 Together at our Blackheath branch, we proudly raised an incredible £7,135.15. ❤️
100% of this amount came from the evening’s ticket sales, raffle proceeds, donations and bar takings. We are incredibly proud and grateful to everyone who helped us reach this wonderful total.
Our fundraising continues, with Everest Inn Ashford holding its Charity Fundraiser Evening on Monday, 21st September. Following the Ashford event, the funds raised across Blackheath, Hythe and Ashford will be combined and transferred to Nepal’s Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund, helping provide vital support to those who need it most. 🇳🇵

We may be far away from Nepal, but Nepal is never far from our hearts. 🇳🇵❤️

Some guests visit. Some become family.

Over the years, Paras has become much more than a familiar face at Everest Inn. He is someone we have come to know with the warmth and affection of a brother - and every time he visits, it feels less like welcoming a guest and more like having family around.

And whenever he is here, conversations somehow find their way back to Nepali cricket.

Seeing him still takes us back to the days when he led Nepal onto the world stage and gave an entire generation the belief that we belonged there. And now, with Nepal reaching another proud milestone through Asia Cup qualification and qualification for the T20 World Cup, those memories carry even more meaning.

Paras reminds us not only of how far Nepali cricket has come, but of the belief, courage and foundation that helped make journeys like this possible.

For Nepalis living away from home, moments like these bring Nepal a little closer - the cricket, the memories, the pride, and that familiar feeling of celebrating as one family.

Always special to have you with us, brother.
