Villa Phorcys was an ancestral home long before it became somewhere to stay.
The family renovated it in 2024, with original stone left exactly where it was, and the result is a three-bedroom house in Zaraće that feels nothing like a rental.
There are built-in fireplaces. A wine fridge. A dip pool on the terrace with Vis sitting on the horizon. Rooftop sunbeds for the mornings before the heat sets in. Hvar's beaches are three minutes away.
Zaraće only has a handful of residents, and the crowds don’t flock here. That's rather the point.
