From reception to the bar, from housekeeping to everyone working behind the scenes, the people who welcome you, prepare and serve your breakfast, pour your w**e, take care of your room and look after all the little details while you’re out enjoying the island.

Pick the herbs, learn the secrets, drink what you made 🌿 Our mixology masterclass with Daniele, our resident barman, starts in the garden, where you’ll gather the herbs that end up in your glass: basil, mint, thyme, whatever is in season. Then into our cocktail bar, carved out of an ancient palmento where Malvasia was once produced, where Daniele teaches you how to craft three Italian classics, one step at a time. And it all ends with your own drink in hand and the Aeolian Islands on the horizon. You’ll even write down the recipes on a postcard to take home with you.
