An evening unlike any other in Mauritius — where refined Spanish gastronomy found its place by the ocean at Coco’s Beach House.

In collaboration with Macarraca, we brought a taste of Spain to our shores — a rare experience on the island. From delicate buñuelos with garlic prawn tartare to the richness of slow-cooked lamb with almonds and fruits, each plate offered a glimpse into bold Spanish heritage, subtly elevated with local nuances.

Set against the rhythm of the lagoon, the experience unfolded with precision, creativity and soul. Beyond the table, it was also a moment behind the scenes — a true exchange of savoir-faire in our kitchens, where ideas, techniques and passion came together.

A rare and meaningful culinary encounter like we love, this is Shangri-La Le Touessrok.
