La autoridad invade al Hotel Zulum en Tulum Quintana Roo ( English text below )
El dia de 15 de noviembre 2025, a las 7:00 horas, en unidades de Seguridad Publica del municipio de Tulum, Q.R., trasportando un grupo de personas algunos con uniforme y otros de particular, fuertemente armados, que se hacen llamar "Policia Ejecutiva", irrumpieron violentamente en mi propiedad, el inmueble, cuandoles solicite me mostraran documentos que los autorizara y la presencia del funcionario judicial designado, se me respondio que no era necesario porque "ellos eran la ley", me apresaron y remitieron a las celdas de la policia municipal por "faltas a la autoridad" que consideran graves. Se presentaron dos personas que dijeron ser de la Fiscalia de Tulum, intimidandome para que desalojara por las "buenas" el terreno o que me atuviera a las consecuencias, manifestandome
que los tramites juridicos ante el juzgado civil, el Tribunal agrario, los amparos, un decreto presidencial y un certificado parcelario vigente no tenia validez juridica para ellos, en otras palabras la antencion que me dieron en la fiscalia del Estado de Quintana Roo 9838350050 ext.1114 numero de oficio numero de oficio repqroo/434/2025 es intimidarme y arrestarme de nuevo.
Me dirijo a Usted, porque temo por mi seguridad e integridad fisica en ese clima arbitrario, ilegal y hostil.

Me entreviste con la Senadora Anahí González el día 13 de diciembre de 2025, en Cancún y le pedí, que por favor, intercediera ante las autoridades de Quintana Roo para que la Fiscalía y policías de Tulum respetarán la suspensión decretada por el Juzgado Tercero de Distrito y la medida Cautelar dictada por el Tribunal Agrario a efecto de que cesen los actos ilegales y arbitrarios tendientes a despojamos del Hotel Zulum en la zona costera de Tulum.
Será mucho pedir que las autoridades de la Fiscalía y seguridad pública de Tulum se apeguen a la ley y dejen de ser instrumento de la empresa Punta Piedra?

Today, November 15, 2025, at 7:00 a.m., units of the Public Security Department of the municipality of Tulum, Q.R., transporting a group of individuals—some in uniform and others in civilian clothing—heavily armed and calling themselves the “Executive Police,” forcibly entered my property. When I asked them to show documents authorizing their actions and the presence of the designated judicial official, I was told it was unnecessary because “they were the law.” I was detained and taken to municipal police cells for what they deemed “serious offenses against authority.” Two individuals claiming to be from the Tulum Prosecutor’s Office arrived and intimidated me, pressuring me to vacate the property “voluntarily” or face consequences. They stated that legal proceedings before the civil court, the agrarian tribunal, amparo proceedings, a presidential decree, and a valid parcel certificate had no legal value for them. In other words, the response I received from the State Prosecutor’s Office of Quintana Roo—9838350050 ext. 1114, official communication number repqroo/434/2025—has been intimidation and threats of further arrests.

I interviewed Senator Anahí González on December 13, 2025, in Cancún, and I asked her to please intervene with the authorities of Quintana Roo so that the Tulum Prosecutor’s Office and police would respect the suspension decreed by the Third District Court and the precautionary measure issued by the Agrarian Tribunal, in order to halt the illegal and arbitrary actions aimed at dispossessing us of the Zulum Hotel in the coastal area of Tulum.
Is it too much to ask that the Tulum Prosecutor’s Office and public security authorities abide by the law and stop acting as instruments of the Punta Piedra company?
