🏡 Cactus Villa House Rule And Guest Form
“Leave It As Lovely As You Found It”
To keep Cactus Villa a clean, peaceful, and welcoming retreat for all, we kindly ask that you follow these house guidelines:
🌿 General Rules:
• 🚭 No smoking or va**ng indoors—please use designated outdoor areas if needed.
• 🐾 No pets allowed—we appreciate your understanding.
• 👟 Shoes off inside the house. Please use the indoor slippers provided and do not bring them outside.
• 🍲 No strong-smelling foods indoors (e.g., durian, dried fish) to preserve air quality.
• 🎉 No parties or events without prior approval.
• 🧾 No unregistered guests allowed—only guests listed in the booking may stay.
• 🕰️ Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
• 🔑 Take care of your keys—lost keys will incur a replacement fee of 1000 pesos.
• 💬 Please alert us if anything breaks—we understand accidents happen and appreciate the heads-up.
• ❄️ Turn off the air conditioning when not in use or when leaving the house.
• 🎈 Remove all party decorations (e.g., balloons, banners) before check-out.
• A ₱500 fee will be charged if any are left behind.
• 🛋️ Please take care of all furnishings—treat the space as you would your own home.
• 🔥 Do not use the butane cooker inside the house—outdoor use only for safety.
• 🕯️ Do not light candles or any open flames inside the house—strictly prohibited.
• 🔒 Lock all doors and gates when you leave the house—for your safety and ours.
🧹 Clean & Respectful Use:
• 🍽️ Please wash dishes and kitchenware after use.
• 🗑️ Trash should be disposed of in the designated bins outside before check-out.
• 🚿 Do not pour oil or grease down the sink.
• Use the container provided for used oil—we’ll dispose of it for you after your stay.
• Remove food debris on the sink to prevent clogs and maintain cleanliness.
⏰ Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
• Please observe the check-out time.
• Late check-out will be charged ₱200 even with just a few minutes after 11am, and an additional ₱200 for every hour after. Please inform two hours before checkout at a minimum.
We will clean and change beddings every 3rd night. If you want cleaning before the schedule we will be charging a cleaning fee of 500 pesos.
