Bayview Estate is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. Your booking includes access to our swimming pool, stage, bar, kitchen appliances, towels, and fresh beddings. Simply bring your family and enjoy your time with us—we'll take care of the rest.
If you're planning a celebration or special event, we can also help make it hassle-free. We can arrange staff to assist with catering, and guests are welcome to use our catering dishes and serving equipment at no additional charge. However, the use of these party amenities requires an additional fee to cover event setup and cleanup.
Event Rates
Day Event (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM): ₱20,000
Includes exclusive use of the swimming pool, downstairs bar, and stage.
Exclusive Use of the Entire Estate: ₱30,000
Includes exclusive access to the entire property and all amenities.
During your stay, our caretaker will be available on-site, and you will also have a dedicated host who will serve as your primary point of contact for any assistance you may need.
Important Safety Notice
For the safety of all guests, please note that Bayview Estate does not provide a lifeguard. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for supervising children and anyone who is not confident in swimming. Please remain vigilant at all times while using the pool to ensure everyone's safety.
