My Suite BnB is a 1 bedroom condo unit at The Grass Residence with city view balcony. Furnished with Scandinavian themed living room that meant to invite you in a cozy and relaxing luxury stay.

Amenities:
🏊‍♀️ Adult and kiddie pool (150 php per pax. Pool for guests are at tower 2 and 3 only)
🏘️ Main club house with function room
🛝 Childrens play area
🏋️ Fitness gym (150 phpper pax)
🏡 Landscape garden
⛹️‍♂️ Badminton and basketball court
🏃 Jogging paths
🅿️ Open space and covered pay parking (60 php for 1st 2 hours, 20 php every succeeding hours.
🍴Restaurants, coffee shops, bakery, spa (nails/masage), water station, laundry shop at tower 4 and 5.
