🚨The Marcos and Trump regimes are ramping up negotiations to implement Pax Silica in the Philippines. They want to announce a final deal during a potential Trump visit to Manila for the ASEAN meetings in November.

Meanwhile, the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) is now organizing “consultations” with local communities in Capas, Tarlac that will be displaced by the 1,600-hectare Economic Security Zone.
