1️⃣ Remaining balances are settled promptly as agreed.
2️⃣ Check-out times are respected to allow us ample time to prepare for the next guests.
3️⃣ Any extension requests are communicated in advance and the corresponding fees are paid accordingly.
4️⃣ Please respect the house as if it were your own. Even though it’s a rental, we kindly ask that you don’t leave it trashed or damaged.
