💔 A Sad Goodbye to a Beautiful Irrawaddy Dolphin 🐬

Today, we were deeply saddened to discover an Irrawaddy dolphin washed ashore and sadly passed away on the rocks in front of Cliff Cottage.

Seeing this beautiful creature lying lifeless on the shore was truly heartbreaking. The Irrawaddy dolphin is a precious part of our marine ecosystem, and every life lost is a reminder of how fragile our oceans can be. 🌊

We may never know exactly what happened to this dolphin, but we hope its passing reminds us all to care for and protect the sea and the incredible creatures that call it home.

Rest peacefully, beautiful soul. 🐬🤍
You will not be forgotten.

We’re currently working on improving the walking path leading up to our hilltop bungalows, making it safer, easier, and more comfortable for our guests to walk. 💚

Our team is carefully leveling the ground, arranging natural stones, and strengthening the pathway while keeping the beautiful natural surroundings of Koh Chang. 🌳🪨
