🎓 Congratulations to Our Newly Certified Departmental Trainers!
We are proud to celebrate our Talents at Aloft by Marriott Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 who have successfully completed the Certified Departmental Trainer (CDT) Program.
Developing great trainers is a key investment in our business. Departmental Trainers play an essential role in building capability, transferring knowledge, enhancing service quality, and ensuring consistency in the guest experience. Their ability to develop others directly contributes to stronger team performance and business success.
During this intensive 2-day learning journey, participants strengthened their facilitation, coaching, and training delivery skills through practical exercises and teach-back sessions. However, the true highlight of the program went beyond training techniques.
Our newly certified trainers gained a deeper understanding of the A.S.K. Model (Attitude, Stoppers and Knowledge), a powerful tool that helps identify whether training is truly the right solution for a performance gap. By learning how to quickly diagnose the root cause, our trainers can recommend the most effective development approach, ensuring learning interventions create meaningful results for both Talent and the business.
