Situated in heart of Kalkan Old Town. A beautiful 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house that was fully renovated in 2013. The house comfortably accommodates eight people.

Eski Köy Evi is a unique 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom stone house with a courtyard, two roof top terraces and a roof top plunge pool The house is situated on one of the many narrow lanes in the heart of Kalkan Old Town where bougainvillea frame the many balconies. The picturesque harbour and beach are approximately 200 metres from the house, no more than a two minutes stroll away. There are three double

bedrooms and one twin bedroom. There is air conditioning and each of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan kitchen and sitting room. There is a sunny courtyard accessed from the kitchen, 2 Roof Terraces complete with a plunge pool, outdoor kitchen area & barbecue provide plenty of space for sunbathing or dining. Kalkan curls snugly around an ancient harbour sheltered by the foot of the towering Taurus mountains. Narrow streets twist down to the harbour through the historic town.
