We’ve been home for a few days after another wonderful holiday in Kalkan. Counting down now to our return in September!
We stayed at the lovely Apartment Ortada, fab location and a true home from home. It’s managed by Maksi and Ali the pool guy and the cleaning team are brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble.
We had delicious food, amongst our favourites are Eski Ev Kalkan, Ala Kalkan, Shade Kitchen, Gusto Lounge & Cocktail Bar, Seaport Restaurant cafe&bar, Mey Terrace Restaurant & Cocktail Bar’ Sini to mention a few. We never had a bad meal. Drinks at Shade Lounge, Lycian Corner Bistro, Utopia Bar Yali Bar all fab. Visit Soner at Flamingo Terrace Bar too. Amazing views!
Boat trips with Ali and Koray Creed on Zeus Boat are always the best days - amazing food, wonderful company, relaxation and stunning scenery.
It was quieter than usual for the time of year. If you’re hesitating about booking - don’t! It’s still heaven, and the warmest of welcomes await you from the lovely folk of Kalkan.
