Just back from an absolutely wonderful 2 week stay in beautiful Villa Benita . We would like to thank our lovely hosts who welcomed us Rosie Eaton and her husband Charles. Their villa is just perfect in every way......where do I start?
The location is very good, probably 10 minutes walk to the main street where Thursday market is, banks are etc. It's pretty much in line with Coriander.
It's a very spacious, modern 3 bedroom villa, with a lovely pool and the most amazing roof top terrace (with BBQ, bar and handy fridge) - we spent so much time up there, taking in the sights of Kalkan, sunbathing, and in the evening, drinking wine and playing Uno!
The 3 bedrooms are beautiful, roomy and very modern. As too, are the 3 bathrooms.
The kitchen is fabulous, Rosie has thought of everything you could possibly need! Very well stocked of crockery, glasses, cutlery and every kitchen implement possible!

What a lovely review from our recent guest Lizzie Norton - Villa Benita is a gem... ideal for 4-6 people who enjoy somewhere that feels more like a home than just another rental property.
In a great location in a quieter part of town and yet just 10 minutes or so on foot to the centre. The style is laid-back and relaxed... comfortable beds, great showers, well-equipped kitchen and lots of space to relax - either by the pool or on the glorious roof terrace which really comes into its own after sundown with the twinkling lights of Kalkan below and the sea ahead.

We have been overwhelmed by our guest reviews this year, and have just a few weeks available for 2025.

We are in a quite area of Kalkan called Ortalaan, and surrounded by a lovely garden, and a short walk from shops and restaurants.

We have a private heated pool, a dining terrace with BBQ and pergola. A well equipped kitchen and living area, 3 three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A favourite with our guests is our roof terrace with stunning views, a bar with fridge, BBQ, dining table, sun loungers and a large corner sofa, the prefect spot for a coffee or G & T!

We are blessed with wonderful reviews of the villa and the service provided by our friend Mehmet who greets guests on arrival.
