Lots of gunk inside the coffee pot
Showerhead too high. You can't reach it to adjust the flow
Can't wash you hands under the bathroom sink faucet
Can't reach the toliet paper if sitting down
We stayed at this hotel in June of this year. It's a nice hotel and we had a good stay. Unfortunately, I left my book bag with books, folders and my laptop. I called the hotel that night and asked if they had found my laptop and thankfully they had found it. I appreciated their help with this. I talked to Oscar and asked them if they could ship it to me. He was very helpful and sent it to me in the two day shipping as I asked. The only thing is I asked him to ship it to where I would be for the summer and NOT my home address. My daughter called me from my house and told me it had been sent there. :-( So, I had to pay TWICE to get it and now they have refused to take responsibility for their mistake of mailing it where I asked them NOT to mail it. I gave them the correct address. Now I have called and called and left many messages with the supervisor of this hotel, Julia Rucker, with no response to my calls and messages. Stay at this hotel but don't leave any thing behind.
