The past few years we have been slowly working on the wooded area close to where an old barn was at the farmhouse and discovered an entire patch of black raspberries! These berries brought back many sweet childhood memories. They are delicious and so we made 9 jars of homemade jam.

Our porch tomato plant is doing great and will be filled with tomato’s soon for our guest to enjoy. Lastly we finished off some more to do projects we worked on the shed landscaping and finished up the black stain on the sideporch. This farmhouse is loving the attention, love and life it is receiving. FYI - Our fall schedule is starting to fill up. Spring is in the Air! This week we will be springing our clocks forward an hour and preparing the family farmhouse for another season of happiness. Watch the transformation as we will be setting up the patio, enclosed porch and side porch for warmer weather and outdoor enjoyment for our guest. We have been busy at the farmhouse - the house is decorated - the snow has fallen - the stockings are hung - the deer are out full force every day visiting - hot chocolate bar is stocked - the bathroom had a new fun wiring addition (exhaust fan with outlet and sink light seperate from ceiling light).

The farmhouse is decorated and all ready for our holiday guest. The stockings are hung by the chimney with care on our original 1800’s fireplace.
