Two Day "Junior Ranger Camp" June 2 and 3rd for kids ages 6-12 years old. Let the adventure begin.
Day 1- Archery (must be 8 or older), Fishing (younger kids), Fish Fun, Pioneer Games, Seining the Lake and Water Games
Day 2- Outdoor survival, Leave no Trace, Nature Hike, Creeking and Water Olympics
Each child will be awarded with a Jr. Ranger Pin
Registration is required. Please call the park office to register between the hours of 8 AM - 5 PM.

Memorial weekend activities usually include graduations, summer breaks and many schedule events in Georgia State Parks. Mistletoe State Park's upcoming weekend events include "Archery", "Creating Memorial Day Luminaries" representing a reminder of those that gave the ultimate sacrifice and "Meet the Snakes."

Weekday homeschool program scheduled for Thursday, May 21. Last scheduled homeschool program for this school year. "Dissecting Owl Pellets" Learn about owls; what they eat, how they are adapted and how they digest their prey. Students will become detectives as they dig into an owl pellet to discover what the owl ate the night.
Pre-registration is required. Please call the park office to register between the hours of 8 AM - 5 PM.

Then Saturday, we will be hosting a "Backyard Bugs" program where children will discover what lives in their backyard. It's sure to be an adventure for the whole family.
