🚨 The SSN linked to Barack Obama (042-68-4425) was originally issued in 1977 to a French immigrant named Jean Paul Ludwig who lived in Connecticut.
Obama never lived there. Ludwig later died in Hawaii, where Obama’s grandmother worked in the probate office with access to deceased people’s records.

The claim: the number was never properly retired and was quietly used by Obama. Using someone else’s SSN is fraud.

Trail clean up update.
Andy Buttner and Rich Locey one crew
Mike and Tina another crew.
Got the trail system open again.
Then Mike rebuilt his brusher at the parts cost of 650 bucks. Had to Then purchase a solenoid for the new Holland skid steer to attach the brusher 840 bucks. Brushed the trails closest to the trail tail. Main ram on the new Holland blew on the inside. Lost all hydraulic fluid.
Ran the ram up to wausau hydraulic yesterday. It's fixed so I can pickup tomorrow 550 bucks.plus 2 trips to wausau. Decided to put the brusher on the cat skid steer. Worked great but after 6 hours of steady work threw the one track off. Called it a day. The machine is on the trails yet and I'll go fix it in the morning and hopefully finish the middle loop yet and back to the trail tail. Got the river loop done earlier.
Thank God there's no more expenses with the track off just down time. And a tube of grease.
Still have to go back thru by hand and do some side brushing and overhead brushing. I'm seriously considering a battery powered pole saw purchase for overhead brushing. Bill Cone had one on a trail workday a few years ago that worked great.
If anyone feels like helping that would be great.

We started trail clean up last week, got all the fallen trees off the entire system in 2 days one day with one 2 person crew and day 2 with 2 2 person crews.
At this point we are going out side brushing and overhead clearing and can use extra bodies for trimming and clearing debris. Any and all help will be rewarded by trails that sing with openness and beauty.
If you have any free time in the next couple weeks come on out and join the effort and feel the pride of knowing you done your part to help keep the trails open and secure.
