Two years. Two rankings. One standard.
AirDNA just released its 2026 property manager rankings, and they are scored on exactly one thing: what guests say after they stay. Every home counted, nothing cherry-picked. Five Star Vacation Home Rentals ranked #3 in San Antonio and #4 in Austin, the only company in the top 5 of both markets.
And this makes it back to back. Last year our San Antonio team earned the #2 spot as Your Home Away Management. This year, under the Five Star flag with nearly double the portfolio, we are right back at the top of the board, while many of the companies ranked alongside us in 2025 are no longer on the list at all.
Here is the part we are proudest of. No company ranked above us in either city manages more homes than we do. That is a 4.92 average across 70+ homes and more than 5,000 guest reviews on Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking. Anyone can polish a handful of properties. Holding this standard across an entire portfolio two years running is the whole game in hospitality.
And for the owners wondering whether five star reviews come at the cost of revenue: market data from PriceLabs shows our homes earned 42% more per night than comparable properties over the last 12 months. Great guest experience is not the opposite of great returns. It is how you get them.
