Followspot test drive at Hutto High School! 🔦

We set up a few demo units in the auditorium so the team could check out the throw, color, and output for themselves: the MEGA-LITE FS-LED 900, the Mega-Lite Followbot 600W, and the Lycian Stage Lighting Zot LED. Nothing beats seeing it on the actual stage. 🎭 Thanks to Hutto Theatre for hosting us!

No two pieces in the Spookeasy lighting showcase look alike. Each one is designed and programmed by a different member of our team. Grab a seat in the demo room and watch what these fixtures can really do.

Proud of our team’s install at Baylor University’s Jones Concert Hall! Six all-white Flight hoists from IAStage now carry the new front of house lighting.

Every year our crew picks a song and builds a full light show around it from scratch. This is a peek at last year’s showcase at Spookeasy, and it’s coming back for 2026. 🎃

That's a wrap on TxETA 2026! 🎭
This week we asked theatre teachers what theatre education means to them, and their answers reminded us why we do what we do. Every one of us at StageSpot and Olden Lighting got our start in a theatre classroom, so to the educators who keep that light on for the next generation: thank you. 💡
Thanks to everyone who stopped by the booth. We can't wait to see what you create this year.

Throwback to Spookeasy 2025 👻

Beams everywhere, consoles open for anyone to try, and a warehouse full of Austin's production crew talking shop. This is one of our favorite nights of the year.

Spookeasy is back this year on Thursday, October 29, from 6 to 9 PM, with 18 manufacturers and even more gear to get your hands on. Come see what's new, grab a drink, and catch up with the people you usually only see at load-in.
