Spooky Sunset: Fig-infused Altos tequila, fresh lime, green cardamom-orange peel demerara syrup, plum bitters, and a splash of Drusian Prosecco. $16

The Witching Rye: Rittenhouse rye, lavender-lemongrass syrup, vanilla Campari, and dry vermouth, stirred with Peychaud’s and orange bitters. $16
