Good Afternoon Sea Colony!

The SCRA team has finished cleaning the beach and repairing the crossovers. The beach gates will reopen at 3:00 p.m. today.

Some debris piles have been marked off for safety. They will be removed once DNREC repairs the crossover ramp at Cedarwood Street.

Please continue to use caution on the beach and in the water.

Thank you for your patience while we worked to make the beach safe for Sea Colony owners and guests.

Beach Closure Due to Storm 9/26/26
Sent on September 26, 2026 at 9:08 AM by Sea Colony

Due to the current storm conditions and the significant amount of debris that has washed onto the beach, Sea Colony Beach is closed until further notice. The presence of storm-related debris creates hazardous conditions and poses a safety risk to residents and guests.

Cleanup efforts will begin as soon as conditions permit. At this time, it is anticipated that the beach will remain closed until debris removal operations are completed.

Sea Colony Management will provide an update and notify residents and guests when the beach has been deemed safe and is reopened.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to ensure the safety of everyone in our community. Please stay clear of the beach and any affected areas until further notice.
