Rising six stories above the forest floor at the Cayuga Nature Center, this one-of-a-kind wooden tower winds around living trees with ramps and stairs that lead to breathtaking views over the valley and treetops. Built by Ithaca High School students in 2000, it’s still one of the coolest hidden adventures in Upstate New York. After your climb, explore wooded trails, ponds, and hands-on nature exhibits all around the grounds. 🍃🐦⁠
