This spring festival is packed with family fun, including a Kids Zone, salsa tasting contest, live entertainment, whip-cracking demonstrations, food trucks, hay rides through the sunflower field, and a handmade market.

So many restaurants unique to St Augustine 😋

An aerial view of our 828 Stuffed Chicken. The founder of Purple Olive, Chef Peter Kenney, spent his early days working in kitchens around St. Augustine, including Gypsy Cab Co. under the tutelage of Chef Ned Pollack. When Pete bought the former Gypsy Cab building, Ned gave him his blessing to recreate some classic local favorites.

That is where our 828 Stuffed Chicken comes from. Lightly breaded chicken filled with herb butter and Swiss cheese finished with a tarragon mushroom sauced served with mashed potatoes, vegetable of the day, and, of course, red cabbage.
