Amazing community developing
🌱 Vendor & Partnership Spotlight 🌱
Today is a great example of what a strong local food system looks like in action.
At Harvick Farms, we believe that when local farmers, businesses, and organizations work together, everyone benefits—our farms, our communities, and the families we serve.
This week, we made deliveries featuring:
🫐 Fresh blackberries and blueberries from Lazy H Farms LLC
🥬 Fresh lettuce from The Fresh Greens Project
We also want to give a special shoutout to The Rib Steak House
in Cassville for their commitment to supporting local agriculture. They recently began purchasing locally grown products from Harvick Farms, helping connect more local food with local customers.
And that's not where the story ends. Just last week, Harvick Farms purchased fresh squash and zucchini from L&B parts and produce to help meet customer demand and keep more locally grown food moving through our community.
This is exactly what a thriving local food system looks like. Farmers supporting farmers. Restaurants supporting local producers. Businesses working together to keep food dollars in our community and provide fresh, high-quality products to local families.
When we collaborate instead of compete, we create more opportunities for everyone. Together, we're building a stronger, more resilient food system right here in the Ozarks.
A huge thank you to Lazy H Farms, The Fresh Greens Project, L&B Produce, and The Rib for helping make local food more accessible and supporting the future of agriculture in Southwest Missouri.
🌱 Local farms. Local businesses. Local impact.
