Overnight rainfall provided some welcome relief, helping to settle dust across the area. However, the precipitation was not sufficient to relieve our current drought conditions.
Due to ongoing dry weather and heightened fire risk, the burn ban remains strictly in effect for our response area and all of Barry County.
Please refrain from any outdoor burning at this time. We appreciate your continued cooperation and assistance in keeping our community safe.
